@OP, have you started exercising every morning or every evening? Start at your own pace and try to listen to good music while you do so. It is the easiest and most calming way to deal with many of lifes anxieties. If you are into it, you can even listen to playbacks of your bible books(as if listening to any book or novel you like) are you jog. |

That is how we feel when we do things wrong,Especially wen we have promised ourself or people not to go astray.After the deeds our conscience will always stand to judge our actions. then we later feel remorseful.
