We need to look into safety measures in this country, people should stop building houses under high tension cables, if a high tension wire should pass through a tree then the tree needs to be cut down before the wire is placed. This are little safety measures that we need to take.

Back to the story, I'm still thinking about what made a CSP to be cutting down trees. Don't they have people contracted to do that for them. Even if they don't have people who are contracted to do that, wouldn't he have sent his junior associates who could have done it when it was not raining at all?
