Arrest is different from taken to court. Police can arrest you for anything if there's probable cause. In advance countries they can't hold you for more than 48 hours while they interrogate you, in Nigeria they can hold you till you pee in your pant. Freedom of speech is allowed but freedom after speech is never guaranteed!
