If you don't mind what do you plan to do to the front pillars?. Especially that area with the pendant light?

Watch out for the Plastering when we start it soon. The only precast element here is the pillar bottom Grove as well as the ones on the edges. The main pillar is casted from foundation all the way to the top. If you go to the first 4 pages of the thread, you should be able to see it and how it's done.

Our concrete facial too is not precast. We cast insitu

2x4 Hardwood, 1x12x12 for scaffolding as well as bamboo for support etc.

We took delivery of bags of Cement about 150 for a start.

Mind you. We are Plastering all the structures here.

Construction budget is on the earlier part of the thread.

Finishing budget is not summed up yet because there is unstable rise in material cost.

However we are doing it stage by stage of which when we are done with each stage we can state the amount spent herein.

It just keeps getting better here...

Sorry we, waited for the borehole people to install the pump yesterday that was why we didn't put up any update.

However we have that for you now.

Pump used here is 1.5Hp and Depth is 70meters...

We have equally done the front fence works with coping just like designed on the 3D.
