you should not have mentioned USA, by doing that all you have said is shit, I have watched thousands of police brutality and racial profiling videos in the US, that's the world most liberal Press nation, IMO.

How many isolation centers have you seen out of 36 states plus FCT? Have you even seen all the ones in Lagos state alone? Two, self isolation is also part of it if the patient is asymptomatic. Those that they discovered through contact tracing and testing.
