Before a penalty can be given for a handball,the ref must have confirmed that there was an intent to either stop a cross or a shot from going in!
From the replay,Muriel wasn't even aware of where the ball was going and it hit his arm!
If that could be given for a pen,then we may be having a scenario where there will be at least 7 penalties in a game!
