It's very painful to know that this government doesn't give a shit that their complixt affairs in aiding terrorism and insurgency is now common awareness to Nigerians. Why should they anyway, when bigotry, religion, and ethnicity divide have kept us the citizens clueless and render us powerless. A president who is also a senior retiree in the army force has sworn to retain incompetent service chiefs. Before now I thought military is a mental game because it function on strategies and oppressions. Mr President, what is the ration by valuing the life of repentant terrorist than that of our gallant men? obiekunie2: |

Da fuvck is he(Igbo) doing fighting an Islamic war? Leave Hausa Fulani soldiers to fight their war and settle with their brothers. No Igbo man should fight that useless war unless he is paid one million per month. Igbo's should stop fighting an Islamic war unless pecks are high RIP to the dead |

Oludara202: It’s a very sad and unfortunate incident. The Nigeria Army have a lot of work to do regarding the mental health and welfare of it’s personnel. We read about and hear of gross abuse and misappropriation of fund meant for the fight against insurgency in the North East Nigeria but it seems not much is being done to address the issues. Top military officers have complained, those in the lower cadre have made videos and audios to voice out their frustrations but all these seem to fell on deaf ears. Instead of efforts to address and prevent the reoccurrence of such disaffections, those who complained have been arrested and detained. This isn’t the first time someone would lose his mind and vent his frustrations on another colleague and it definitely won’t be the last if the existing structures which hampers the efforts of the soldiers are permitted to continue. I feel sad for those unfortunate men being used as pawns by corrupt military officers and the politicians involved in this evil. RIP to Babakaka, Maduabuchi veered off the track and it’s a path of no return. I feel sorry for his family. |

Xposed2020, this was d post I made in February ds year warning of an impending danger, now it has happened. When ds guymade ds odious social media comments, as usual, his clannish crew sang his praises and supported his hate speech as 'freedom of speech'. The hate speeches are now coming to reality under our noses. Who knows how many Yoruba colleagues diswan would've killed under d cover of battlefield 1 Like

richie240: When the idiot made that video, there were fools who hailed him but he was roundly condemned by a majority of people(Igbos). Stop using the rants and trolls of a misguided few as the opinion of his ethnic group. That’s low and silly coming from you. The guy who made the video is different. It’s not the same. Stop stoking embers. It makes you worse than those men. No sensible Igbo man will support both men. Any soldier entrusted with weapon and security to protect and who start acting the way those two men acted should be withdrawn immediately and sent to rehab. Any soldier exhibiting such signs should not be in the war zone or any conflict region. Their weapons should be taken away from them. The fact that the Army ignored all these warnings signs shows the bad management and rot in the military. |

Wow!! This is just a double tragedy! For the poor murdered Lieutenant and his family, but also for the perpetrator who in many ways was also a victim!! And finally for the Nigerian Army that has now effectively lost 2 trained operators. War is just ugly! 1 Like |

efemena5050: I would have said you have poor upbringing but I realise that you are mentally retarded so we cannot blame your parents. Something is fundamentally wrong with you guys, most of you. Does the military have an exit clause yes or no. The superior officer that was shot dead any proof he was maltresting the junior soldier. So frustrated people should go about killing everyone. Then let the police shoot us all after all they are frustrated. Let the customs kill us. Let sars do as they wish. All you have is rage no sense. 1 Like |
