We hang around men a lot as guys and that is not really helpful.
Joining choir in the church is also good because it is a female dominated area.
For me, I started with social media being an introvert.
I will send a lot of messages to ladies on badoo, tagged, Facebook and those who replied me I do feel comfortable chatting with them and with time it built my confidence and what to say with women.
