The only developed city in Nigeria is Abuja.And yet it still does not have a sewage treatment plant,water plant, 24 hour electricity, hospitals the leaders can attend and universities the leaders can send their children to.

Namibia and Botswana should be an inspiration to the Niger Delta states who have nothing to show for their oil revenue. It is a shame Warri,Port Harcourt,Yenogoa,Benin City,Calabar and Uyo cannot compete with any cities in Namibia or Botswana in terms of infrastructure and town planning.

During my first building experience me and my team went for a search in one of their office [town planners] they presented us with the city master plan prototype design we wanted to make sure of the land authenticity to avoid encroachment a careful study reveal to us how the area landscape would look like, I was shock that a lane which indirectly will connect major street as of then a building was on going in it,

Today a 3storey building has been erected in that lane. Na who authorize am if not them?

Even when you enter their office they are all like merchant sometimes they will even tell you to pay into their account while they in turn pays Government.....
