Lol. You're a joke. Seriously. A pathetic joke.
Tinubu and Chagoury are the major beneficiaries of Lagos, became extremely wealthy beyond their wildest dreams.

What has the average Lagosian benefitted from Lagos?

Lagos and cities in the Niger Delta should be ashamed.

Even Abuja can't match the town planning of Windhoek, Namibia which matches many cities in America and Canada.

These are supposed landlocked countries but yet their cities looks far advanced in development than any city in Nigeria. The stupid endless arguments on nairaland about igboland not going to be viable when they go their own because they are landlocked and don't have any access to the seas doesn't make any sense.

Eko Atlantic being developed by Tinubu's business partner Chaugory when completed will rival these two cities.

For the price of development in Eko Atlantic, anything of the same scale in every single state in Nigeria is currently impossible. We can have some aspects of it, those aspects being the roads, sewage system, street lights and electricity if all of those were provided across all states in Nigeria we would be fine, we should be concentrating on improving standard of living st the moment, not trying to build 35 more Eko Atlantic’s

All our cities need to be demolished in phases and rebuilt, with the exception of Abuja and parts of Lagos.

That is what all western countries do, the London you see of today is not the London of 80 years ago. Our cities lack drainage, central sewage system and central water system and that needs to be rectified. If we don't make changes now, 100 years from now our cities will still be referred to as shitholes.

town planning is not possible here because you need to plan first, but here na omonile dey sell land anyhow. after people move in, it then becomes impossible to plan basic things like drainage, roads and water

It is a shame no single central business district of the major cities in the Niger Delta, which states receive the highest allocation in the country have the same level of development of major cities in Namibia and Botswana.
