Get friends that will kick butts whenever anyone says things like that to you. That is the essence of friendship.

What you have is actually a blessing but you don't know yet.
It is all about perception and how you make sure you are in charge or in control of the situation and you will be fine.
Latter in life you will be very happy with yourself when you see your mates looking very very old and weak while you are still looking sharp. I am a good example today. I use to feel somehow too but I conquered with my inteligence, wisdom, hardwork and achievements.

Just hit the gym... Respect got nothing to do with age.... Don't smoke, just gaggle with cold water every morning for the next 3months.... Don't forget to gym for this period to and consume enough protein, fat and carbohydrate.

I like being practical. So I want to give you the two best practical resources that will forever set you in life.

They are:

(i) Find Jehovah's Witnesses. They will help you find a real purpose and hope for your life. A hope so strong it transcends every current situation. (go to www.jw.org)

Try and raise ur self esteem. physical body features tho may be a major factor but the inbuilt stuff is the most important.
Take up on responsibilities. Don't run away from the small leadership roles assigned to u.
Watch movies that boost ur confidence.
Never be scared to fail. Don't even visualise failure scenario before u do something. just do it and tell ursef that u can.
The best of confident people at some point get scared too but their experience help them pull thru.
You can even stay in ur room and practice.

I really wish I could be you right now. Even my papa age dey almost greet me when I enter any office. I cut the image of a boss. Even in my branch, new clients presume I am the branch manager on sighting me. Even the security men dey call me BM for where my ogas dem dey.
Its not easy. E fit bring hatred, jealousy and even problem.

Your mind is where the work must begin. Once you start to believe some negative stuffs said about you there is no beard nor thick voice that'd save you.

Therefore read up on books that'd help reshape your mind and see yourself beat this situation.
