I'm for peace and security, but there has to be sincerity. The army can't be killing some militias and be reforming terrorists who have even done more damage to the army than the militias. Are they telling us some criminals are more special than others?

Maybe, according to the saying "trust no one", he went to surrender himself with small gun in his clothes just incase of any nonsense on the way.

I support genuine amnesty program, the army are overwhelmed already, we lost more by fighting the war, without cease fire those regions would never experienced development.

I think the state government should be blamed for the man's death. The state government cannot unilaterally grant amnesty to a wanted 'terrorist'. The army ought to have been both formally and informally carried along. In fact, it should have been done together with the army.

What if the man they claimed to be going to repent ended up killing some more people? At least he had done that in the past, returning to crime after a so-called amnesty.
