you don't ask for number in an election especially a dubious government won't because it will put it at disadvantage...it is the citizens that should garner such courage with that magnitude of votes to edge out a bad government...good things have a prize..
Generate such numbers at the expense of losing your lives, the one they generated in 1993 what happened to it? Until you come into the realisation that human is both social and political in nature and both sides can run concurrently, you ll continue to look for excuses in wrong places

then someone like you will go for mediocrity... you will agree with me that no matter how bad Nigeria educational system is, the oil major still go for the best in the market because they believe the best are there.. your comment shows all is lost and it is irredeemable which is false.. Who says what happened in 1993 can't repeat itself... Edo election was a good example and I love the people of Edo for that singular action... If the youth keep this docile attitude and hope for miracles, please they shouldn't expect jobs and they should know that the good ones available are for the children of politicians who school abroad... Let them keep voting 900 million on entertainment and not elections

Using Edo election as an example shows the level of decay we are currently experiencing. What's the difference between the two parties. What has Obaseki done to deserve another term. Stop deceiving yourself, these two parties will rule Nigeria for a long time but unfortunately non of them can take us to the Eldorado

It's only the HOH room i Love
I don't like these flashy designs at all, especially the design of the bedrooms
Looks like a room for children
And does a kitchen really need that extravagant flashy design ??

That design in HOH room is very awesome though
But the rest na overdo

listen, yes the two parties are bad but the theme of the election was to send signal to "Godfatherism" is never going to be accepted. So it begins from there. The electricity you use today started from somewhere,. If you can muster such power will your politicians will begin to take you seriously and respect you. But sitting down and putting out 900 million votes on an entertainment shows speaks terrible of the country that should put forward 50 million or more votes in a presidential election

Signal my foot! Changing from party A to party B is lack of integrity, values and desperation in action.

it is not desperation... When PDP failed to perform for 8 years in Edo state. It was voted out and Oshiomole came in under ACN and performed that was why his preferred candidate was voted in 2016. Now the same Oshiomole went ahead to instituted what he kicked against "Godfatherism". Who takes such person serious especially when compounded it with his preferred candidate who has so much baggage.. Yes other parties are there for people to try

Watching BBN isn’t the issue, It’s the way some people prioritize it. How person go dey up all night to watch other people for screen dey sleep. Another is the way people dey carry the matter for head, instead of reasonable thing wey go get positive impact to their lives, directly or indirectly.

Do you know why I created this thread? Ok here is why. Some persons think that those watching BBN are irresponsible and jobless.
Since most of us worship the whites, I brought this here to show us that the whites also watch and participate in Big Brother. Are they also irresponsible and jobless?

Nobody watches Big Brother Canada. I'm shocked to even know it exists.

I created this thread to show Nigerians that we are not the only one organizing Big Brother. Countries like Canada also organize Big Brother. Would we say that the Canadians watching and supporting BBCAN are irresponsible and jobless?

YES!

Lately there have been a lot of criticism concerning Big Brother Naija.
Some went as far as saying that those watching or supporting the show are irresponsible and jobless.

I created this thread to show Nigerians that we are not the only one organizing Big Brother. Countries like Canada also organize Big Brother.

Here is Big Brother Canada Season 8 that took place early this year in Canada.

Big Brother Canada 8 is the eighth season of the Canadian reality television series Big Brother Canada.
The season premiered with a two-night premiere on March 4–5, 2020, on Global and was expected to end on May 21 with the live finale.

The season was planned to run for a total of 83 days. However, on March 24, 2020, Big Brother Canada announced an early end to production on the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada, with the season finale airing on April 1, 2020.

All filming ceased on March 24.

The CA$100,000 prize that would have gone to the winner went to a COVID-19 relief charity.

In an emotional farewell episode for Season 8 of Big Brother Canada, Global and Insight Productions revealed that, in light of an early end to production with no winner crowned, this season’s $100,000 grand prize will be donated to charities responding to COVID-19.

Let’s take a tour of Big Brother Canada Season 8 facilities.

Least I forgot. Big Brother Canada Season 9 application is ongoing. If you’d be 19 or older by 1st February, 2021 and you’re interested to join, simply visit their website and follow the instructions given.
The audition would be virtual.
Deadline for application is Friday, November 21, 2020.
Best of luck!

How can you forget to tell them that the BigBrother Canada doesnt have a cult of follower and in my university people hardly discuss this show people are going about their work knowing they are paid by the hours and jo one has time to follow the show. Dont give people false hope that people are following this show in Canada cos they are not. It is your enthusiasm for the BBN which made you look for the Canada version of the show. I can confirm to you that this show does not have that followership that BBN enjoys. People get paid by the hours and no one is gonna pay u for watching BBCAN. People can afford to watch in Naija cos month end salary go come even if they miss work due to sleeplessness from watching BBN. But miss work in Canada and u are short of close to $200 on ur next pay slip. Please no dey compare sleep with death oooo.
