As for attacking northerners/Muslims, that's not possible because the protest was not against the ordinary masses irrespective of religious difference hence despite the whole arson all over the south, northern muslims we're never attacked not even in Aba. Only two places witnessed such clashes Fagba(in Lagos) and Obigbo(in Rivers). It can be deduced that the clashes was caused likely from previous pent up aggresion being vented out during the said period.
