Times have changed since then...it might be okay and safe for individuals, but not for businesses. It will take a while for the shock to wear out in the police.

Yesterday from Gwagwalada in abuja all the way to okene in kogi state, i couldn't see a single police officer. You only see 1 military checkpoint, 1 naval checkpoint and 3 vigilante checkpoints. Government should encourage the police to regain control of the various parts of the country before long.
