Bros, no even think am. If you have the option of traveling abroad to further your studies and settle, grab it with two hands. Immigration ko? You will come to your senses if you follow the immigration job, maybe it would have been too late.

Take immigration job because of later years. Your gratuity and pension is certain.
Abroad, na work till you peme. You no work, you no chop and old age, I'm not so sure if there's anything for you to roll by. I stand to be corrected though but go for immigration and thank me later.

It’s like you are from Far north Nigeria where you can easily be enlisted into federal job like immigration services.

If you have long stay visa with working permit in a developed country, better go abroad.

Nigeria can’t last longer under the present political structure and governance system with constitution all created by northern military dictators.

volatile for the jobless and ppl that depends on the govt for crumbs. If your link to that job is sure, in the next ten years your friends that travelled abroad would wanna kill you to have it. If your way out is sure to you can as well take off

You're still kinda young.

Take the immigration job, after few years, you will be able to decide which is better and by then, you would have learnt alot considering your job.

Don't rush. Abroad is not painted with gold or diamond. Good and trustworthy leadership and trust is what they enjoy.

Calm down for 5yrs.

Gush, see how people are begging here!

It is such a shame!

Jobs like this shouldnt be based on connection. It is our tax used to pay these people. It should be open to all and not based on slots!

No wonder the country is so backward and someone even justified it!

I fear who no fear the black race! grin

People like the op will be envious of immigration controllers but alas he doesn't want to work towards that rank. I bet you no Nigerian will go to the USA or Canada if you give them job as an immigration controller

You need to dream bigger than your current situation.

That role may not earn up to 200k monthly.

I earned far more than that but still migrated. Some of my friends here were earning between 1m and 1.5M monthly in Nigeria and still migrated.

Was it worth it damn yes.

Open your mind. The world has a lot to offer. Don't limit yourself. You can be as big as your dreams why not dream very big?? And it's free to dream smiley
