I got a quote that said its 715 sqm in total yesterday. I am still calling the man to see if he means the main building alone or the security post included. If this quote is real, then the parapet, roofing wood and covering of this house will take over N5 million naira.

Over 1.7m in total just for reinforcement. And that was when Y16 was selling at N4,700.

More arrangements being made for the arrival of this roofing tiles plus other accessories.

Decking only. This house is bigger than we think. This should be the widest decking we have cast so far.

I thank the owner if this house for bailing me out with N400,000 when I had already overshot our agreed budget with about N600,000. I really appreciate my clients. They are very underestimating people. God bless them all.

The house has a very big living room, two living rooms actually. We had to use several dropping beams to spread the load at the centre.

The house also has a hanging walkway, it took a lot of reinforcement, take another look at the curling stairs which is just one of the two stairs, that curling stair is made entirely with 16mm rods. We actually gave just few regular beams in this house. A normal duplex without full spiral stairs uses around 80 lengths, this took 130.
