There is Hope.

The book of Ezra 10:2, in the last Sentence quotes “there is Hope”. Though the reference nation in that scripture is there is Hope in Israel, because we are redeemed and bought with the price Christ paid. We can also claim that there is Hope for us as well.

In the preceding words in the same verse, reference was made to the things Israel had done and despite that, “there is Hope”. The Hope in that context could be construed as Hope to change, repentance, forgiveness, salvation, redemption, blessings opening to breakthroughs. This can be your and my experience as long as we hope in God.

God want to be present with us. His presence brings blessings around us, but God is Holy. He wants us to live righteously and give our lives to Him. Once we are living right for God by His standards, His presence that open doors is guaranteed on us.

The decision is now on us to live close to God, to encourage His presence around us so that all obstacles between where we are and what we are hoping to be can be removed. The bible says “ Hills melt like wax at the Presence of God” consider all the hills and obstacles around you to melt at the presence of God in your life today!

Make that decision for God to live in you so as to have and maintain His presence. If you have not given your life to Him for God to be the master of your life, no problem. You can do that today and right now.

Just confess now that you are a child of God and ask that He should forgive you of your past sins and decide to make Him your Lord and Master. You are blessed!

Lastly find yourself a good believing Church and engage with other believers to start building up your faith and journey in this pleasant and beautiful experience with God.

At this point in the year, while you are hoping and trusting the Lord God to make things happen for you, there might be some challenges and obstacles showing up. At times the challenges might look like they want to knock you over, sap your faith, shake your hope and make you feel hopeless, DON’T !!!!!!!! Rise up to the challenge. You are made to be tough to ride up to challenges. You are designed to overcome!

The key thing you need here is Courage! Very important. Build up courage and let it rise in you to face and overcome the challenges and obstacles. The scripture quotes in Psalms 31:24 that “ Be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart, all you that Hope in the Lord” You are hoping in the Lord, this scripture should be your “driving or Key scripture”. Have courage and use courage to face challenges and obstacles. Remember “good courage “ good courage is God courage. You know the power backing that virtue!

Courage does not mean the situation is not there, courage does not mean the challenges and obstacles disappeared, courage does not mean the fearful circumstances vanished. Courage means you are facing the situation “head-on” with the determination to overcome. Just imagine a Caterpillar Bulldozer faced with the task of clearing a forest, a very thick forest with lots of scary big trees, it’s obstacles and challenges.

With the size of the bulldozer it Almost looks daunting to face and clear the thick forest. Before you know it and in no time, the bulldozer faces the great challenge and before you know it, the forest is gone with a flat clear land for building or making a good road. This is how I always see the role of courage.

If we can personify the bulldozer before it starts it’s work, it does not matter what the challenge is; that is how tall, thick, big and many the trees are, it knows he will overcome because of the source and strength of the power it possesses. You too you know the source of your strength, so go for it! He who is in you is greater than He who is in the World.

Don’t let nothing be too much for you that you can not hope for and build your faith around.Build up faith, Hope and Courage and face the challenges. You can do it!

The bible says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. That is you. You might have a multi billion naira dream and you look at your bank account and it does not match where you are going at all. Don’t be discouraged, remember Faith, Hope and Courage by the power of God.

God will bless you and make you overcome as you face your goals, objectives, aspirations, fear, challenges, obstacles etc with Courage.

As you start another glorious week, I will encourage you to Hope in the mercy of God. God’s mercy is so good and they endure forever. One day of God’s mercy is more that a thousand day of human effort and labour. You can read psalms 136 about the goodness of God and His mercy that endures forever.

The mercy of God is a key thing in miraculous breakthroughs as can be seen in the victory that Jehoshaphat had in the bible as read in 2 Chronicles 20. The singers and the musicians were saying “for the Lord is good and His Mercy endures forever “ and they won a very unusual battle. The enemies numbers was much more than them but God made the enemies defeat themselves.

The scripture also reads in Psalms 33:18 that “The eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, and on those that Hope in His Mercy”.

Pray for God to Show you His mercy this week. I would also encourage you to hope in His Mercy.
Ask Him to show you His Mercy in your other projects, plans, goals and aspirations.

He is good and will show Mercy.

I would like to encourage you to trust in God no matter what challenges you are going through and it looks like you are too far from the reality of what you are hoping for.

God is great, there is nothing he can not do. It might look like all Hope is lost or gone. It is the lie of the devil you have a bright future!

God will never leave you and He will not forsake you. The situation might look like you have been dejected or rejected. Increase your Hope and faith in God. In His time, He makes all things beautiful.

Be blessed as you put your hope in God regardless of your present situation.

Let your mercy Oh Lord be upon us as we hope in you: Psalms 33:22. Let this be your and my prayer.

There is Hope.

For the fact that we believe there is Hope and we Hope in the Lord, we qualify quality to pray the above prayer. Let this be our prayer today that as we continue to hope in the Lord, we will meet His Mercy. He will show us His Mercy.

List every area you are hoping God to turnaround in your life and pray for the Lord to show His Mercy in those areas.

One guarantee I would encourage you to have is that what you are hoping for in the Lord will come to pass and happen. I would encourage you to wrap your faith around that fact.

Pray Psalms 119:116 the last sentence which is paraphrased as “let me not be ashamed as I hope in you”. You will not be ashamed in Jesus name.

The key word is that you have a clear target in what you are hoping for. Remove ambiguity and put your “faith, focus and hard work “ in what you are hoping for. Let what you are hoping for become your target.

Let that target inform your activities and let that activity inform the association around you to get to where you are going. This is why you need to be amongst believers like Winners of Faith Tabernacle. The testimonies in the house is enough for you to trust in the God that can do everything.

There will be very challenging moments you might have to face. There might be what looks like difficult times. Do not let those negative experiences shake your Hope in God.
Instead, do what is unusual and be more hopeful and act in contrary to the negative situation.

Do not let anything weigh you down to affect your faith or sap your Hope. You are meant to be an overcomer. That is who you are!

Face those challenges head on with Prayer and fasting. Do not be stopped. Focus and plug into your goals at the beginning of the year. Go through them and evaluate what you have done both physically and spiritually towards attaining those goals.

Lastly have pictures of where you want to be and let that inform your Hope. Associate with people you want to be like and let that engineer your hopeful disposition towards life. Condition your mind to be where you want to be. Start thinking like a billionaire or a millionaire if you are hoping to be wealthy as as example.

Start emulating the attitude of Jesus if you want to advance in the faith. In a nutshell, draw and connect toward your aspirations. You will attain a n Jesus name.

Above all, don’t be stopped. Only you can stop you!

Let us examine Romans 8: 24-25 “ For we are saved by Hope: but hope that is seen is not Hope: for what a man Seeth, why doth he yet hope. But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it”.

The scripture is helping our understanding of the concept of Hope. Hope is based on what you want to see happen down the line, but you are not there yet. It is like a desire to attain a goal or reach an objective. You are not there yet but you have built the vision of where you want to be. You know what the end result should look like, then you hope to get there.

Two key element stands out in that scripture, if it is within immediate reach, it is not Hope. Thus, stretch your imagination. Enlarge your coast. Stretch yourself. Task yourself and hope to attain that which you feel is impossible. You will be surprised that what looks impossible today is your reality soon. Just build up your faith and be hopeful. With God all things are possible.

Let what you are hoping to achieve be defined. No ambiguity. Have clearly defined goals and see God move on your behalf.

Lastly walk the path of Hope with patience. In His time He makes all things beautiful. He will do it. As long as you are playing your part, the answer will come.

While you are hoping to attain a glorious future, there will be the need to attend to the immediate issues and situations. Some of this situations might even include the obstacles and obstructions to reach a glorious future. Try to separate the immediate from the future and give both attention spiritually and physically.

At times if we are not careful the “immediate issues” cloud our vision and attention so much so that we give all attention to it, ignoring and forgetting our long term plans. Be careful, be sensitive, be focused. The immediate issues at times are focus breakers. Don’t let your focus break.

This is the key reason why Paul referenced Jesus in the scripture by writing “ for the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross, despised the shame and now he is set with God in glory”

The shame etc and the situations are the immediate in this situation but because of the “joy” the long term hope for the future he kept His focus.

The devil is an expert in bringing immediate negative issues and experiences to distract us from a glorious future that we are building our trust, faith and Hope around. Be sensitive!

On your Journey to excellence and while on the way to your breakthrough, please remember to Worship God and give Him His due Worth. In all your ways acknowledge Him. He is the most important on your Journey towards excellence so appreciate Him.

Worship God on a daily basis and also Worship Him on Sundays which is a day set apart for the Worship of the Most High God, the King of Kings.

Worship Him with Songs, Worship with with expressive words, Worship Him in Prayers or read along to some Psalms that focuses on Worship like psalms 148, 147, 100 and so on. I will give you an assignment to research the psalms you will use for worship out of the 150 chapters in the book of Psalms!

As you worship Him, Heaven will give you attention and remember you in Jesus name.

Continually Hope in His word because what He has promised in His word would come to pass. The key thing for you is to increase your level of faith that it will happen. Focus your Hope on what you believe He will do for you and see God do it.

Proverbs 10:28 reads that the Hope of the righteous is gladness. You will experience gladness when your Hope becomes reality. Don’t take your eyes off your expectations. Do the physical and the spiritual needful to get to the marked destination. You will get there. We will get there in Jesus name.

While you are hoping and advancing on your journey towards excellence, Challenges will show up. Storms of life will rage. Issues will show up.
Please do not give in to the challenges, storms and issues. They are meant to distract you and take you off your course towards destiny.
Deal with the challenges, but keep your overall focus on the main goal. Press towards the "mark of your high calling, press towards the mark".
In times of these challenges, keep praising God and thank Him for Victory. Don't stop doing good and hope that you will reach your destiny.

Let God in to the situation to bring solution. He is the Master Solver of all issues, but please keep your faith and Hope up!

When things look challenging and you feel like what you are hoping for is fading away, don’t give up! Even this is when you should shame the devil and increase you faith, trust and hope in God. Don’t let the enemy or the devil see you sad and weary. Put your Praise on !

The atmosphere around you determines the Spirit around you. Be thankful for what you have and the past victories and miracles and believe God will see you through. Your Hope in God and in His word will come to pass. Keep praying, keep pursuing, keep thanking Him, keep doing good and keep winning souls for the kingdom. These are kingdom principle and it will work for you.

Don’t loose track of your goals and ambition in the face of present challenges. The plan is to break your focus. Stay strong, stay focused, stay committed and stay rejoicing.

Move towards your victory. Avoid distraction. Let God be the centre of your moving forward. Let that force in the power of God propel you to greatness. Be rightly positioned.

Let God be your help and at the centre of your Hope. Psalms 146:5 reads Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob as his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God. The three key H words there are Happy, Help and Hope.

It is important that you are Happy as you hope in the Lord and rely on Him for your Help. The right joyful and happy attitude is quite important no matter what you go through while hoping for the greatness to happen in your life. The devil and situations will throw all sorts your way to make you upset and unhappy. Choose to remain happy. You have the power to make that choice to be happy!

Help, comes from the Lord. Play your part, work hard, think hard, pray hard but let your total reliance be in God who has the ultimate power to do all things.

Lastly, let your Hope be unwavering. Don’t let nothing shake that Hope. Have 100% hope that you will reach the point of excellence that you are hoping for. God will come through for you in Jesus name.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not on your own understanding. While you are hoping in God for greatness, let Him lead the way.

Follow God’s principles and you will get to the promise land......the very future you dream about.

He has so many principles. This includes Kingdom principle of doing things to advance the kingdom.

Loving principles, which is loving God with your whole heart.......developing an undying love for God.

Worship principles...... worshiping Him in Spirit and in truth regardless of where you are now.

Study His principles and live by them and see God move in your life.

Your testimonies are around the corner. Now is not the time to give up. Everything around you may look like you should give up, don’t!!!!!!

You are too close to your breakthrough. The darkest hours of the night is the closest to the morning light. Continue to Hope, continue to pray, continue to trust and continue to work hard towards the destiny. It will happen!

The book of Psalms 147:11 reads “ The Lord takes pleasure in them that fear Him, in those that Hope in His Mercy. Hoping in the mercy of God is very important in your journey of hope.

One day of His mercy can terminate 10 years of struggle or a lifetime of difficulties. Pray that God shows you His mercy.

His mercy is important for victories in life. You can remember the battle that God won for Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20. All that the musicians in the army was shouting is “ for the Lord is good and His mercy endures forever”. You can see that the battle was won in a very unusual way in that it was the enemies that fought against each other and defeated themselves.

Seek His mercies and His goodness as you progress in your journey through hope to reach the promise land. God will come through for you and I. We will all have life changing testimonies soon.

According to Psalms 39:7 "And now Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in you". Shows the Psalmist declaring that God is the ultimate and his hope is in the Lord. The psalmist write that What do I wait for, demonstrating that his hoping in the Lord is the most important thing. We need to cultivate the habit of hoping in the Lord regardless.

Let your hope be in the Lord regardless of what you are facing or where you are. Let your hope in God be of more importance to other things around you. You can not put your hope in Him 100% and fail. At times broken focus and distraction could rob us of getting to the promise land. When you hope in the Lord, you wrap your faith around what you are hoping in God for, you also trust in God with all your heart and soul. Hoping is God is quite important in the face of challenge and crisis. Don't allow your focus to be broken by crisis and challenges. Fight through it. Face it, fight it and finish it and continue to hope in the Lord for achieving the greatness which is your aspiration.

Have a perfect knowledge of God that He is your strength and your source of power for success.

Giving thanks to God regardless of where you are on your journey to excellence is quite vital.

Always give thanks. Even when things look challenging, give thanks and confuse your enemies. Don’t let the enemy or the devil see you sweat, sad or confused. Let your focus always be on God.

Thanksgiving is quite important to the continuity of the presence of God around you. That is why the psalmist wrote in Psalms 34:1 that “ I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise will continually be in my mouth” at times, your victory and success is in that “praise and thanksgiving”!

Do what is different and be different! Be thankful when your natural response should be to be upset! Start building that attitude on your “ Hope journey”. God bless you as you do.

In it all, have a grateful and thankful heart. Thank God for what He had done for you in the past and for keeping you alive. Thank Him for what He will do in your life going forward and see God move on your behalf.

The book of psalms 25:3 reads that No one who hopes in Him (God) will be put to shame. This is an assurance that the areas or things you are hoping in God for will come to pass and will happen. You will not be put to shame around that request, that aspiration or expectation.

It may look like nothing is happening now, keep up the faith, keep up the trust and keep up the Hope. In His time He makes all things beautiful. Just make sure your standing is right with God. It will definitely happen.

I have noticed that the book of psalms is full of the scripture “I hope in your word”. David hoped in God’s word.

My encouragement to us is to apply the same principle of trusting in God’s words. Look for scriptures that matches what you are hoping God to do in your life. It could be finance or anything. The word of God is so rich that the Bible is filled with promises relating to various aspects of life and Godliness. You will have a testimony soon!

The book of Psalms 119:114 confirms this by reading “ You are my hiding place and Shield, I hope in your word”. This is another example of the psalmist hoping and trusting in the word of God that it can not fail. You can start by researching 7 scriptures/ words relating to what you hope for God to do in your life. Cling unto the promise and let Hope rise in you.

Another weekend! Try to be in God’s presence this weekend. Attend the closest Winners Chapel or Living Faith Tabernacle and enjoy the presence of God on Sunday. If you have not given your life to Christ, make it a duty to respond to the altar call on Sunday or when asked who would like to give his or her life to Christ. Your life will never remain the same again, Amen.

Just in case you can not attend a Winners Chapel in person, you can engage online or virtually like on YouTube etc, if on YouTube type Domi stream in the search bar. There are four services on Sunday with the first one starting at 6.00am and the last service starting at 11:45 am.

There is Hope.

Psalms 130:7 reads “ Oh Israel Hope in the Lord, for with God there is mercy......” This scripture encourages us to Hope in the Lord and also assures that with God is mercy. God’s mercy is quite key as you hope in the Lord.

God is the God of Mercy. His mercy endures forever because He is a good God. This is demonstrated in Psalms 136 which centres on the theme of God being good and His mercy endures forever.

I will encourage you to Hope in the Lord. Hope in His mercy. His mercy is what is needed for breakthrough. Pray that God show you His mercy over specific issues that you need His intervention. He is a loving and merciful God who is willing to bestow His mercy upon His Children. Let Him have a chance in your life.

May you experience the mercy of God as you hope for the best for your life. You are a blessing!

There is Hope:

Faith is quite important on the journey of Hope. Faith is that which keeps you focused journeying to greatness while hoping in God because you know it will definitely happen. Faith is the substance of “ things hoped for”. As per your Hope journey, Faith is the principal thing.

Faith is that which connects you from the inception of an aspiration either because of prophesies or goal getting personally and the final destination of the fulfilment of the prophecy or actualisation of the goal or aspiration.

Faith connects you from A to Z. Faith and Hope works hand in hand this I would enjoin you to incorporate both as a pair on you journey towards excellence.

Start building up your faith today. Faith increases in measures so develop the attitude to increase the level of your faith. God will bless us as as we develop our faith to the next level.

Also one of the areas that helps you increase your faith level is fellowshipping with saints in Prayer.

You can do this on a daily basis by joining the morning prayer sessions at Living Faith Tabernacle from Monday to Saturday between 5:30am and 6:30am.
