"Snakes are more scared of us than we are of them. They are shy creatures that spend their life away from humans. Encounters with human are just an accident. It is because we've encroached their habitats, not them. If you see a snake in your place, don't panic. Stay away from it, block all entrances to your house and back off. The snake will go away on its own without harming anyone. If you corner it and stand with sticks in hand to touch it/beat it up, the snake will inflict a bite on you trying to defend itself. Otherwise, it never will. Because venom is very precious to them for hunting. Please understand this. Live and let live."

I like your submission, it's so didactic and revealing

They may be shy, but do you also know that these creatures see any kind of movements around them as threats to their lives, hence the need to defend themselves by striking?
Get too close to them unawares or otherwise, they won't hesitate to empty their venom into your bloodstream. These guys are born killers. Their venom is not so precious, it's readily available.
For a creature so sneaky, venomous, and most often, unnoticeable by its victims, it's got to be the most dangerous animal to me.
We are not friends.

Thanks for this submission. But not all snakes behave this way. Some are wired to strike mere seeing creatures at 5m away, especially the desertic categories with respect to habitat.
Regards.

It is like these green snakes love to live close to human residents. I've also killed one chasing lizards around our fence. They can enter anywhere in the house because of their slim body
