Six years ago, I was in Gombe during Christmas. The major roads were decorated with Christmas lighting, like you would find here in Lagos. That was kind of a surprise to me. Another thing I found surprising was that Gombe state has a large Christian population - far more than you may have been told by the media. |

CircleOfWilis:I love northern Christians, just pure lively souls who want to go about their lives. When i served in Gombe, I have never experienced the joy in church like the one i had in rccg Gombe then. They are the first to welcome you and make you feel at home unlike the traditional northern Muslims. Their families no matter how poor are always decent in Outlook and character 1 Like |

Okoroawusa: He didn't lie bro. Muslims are easily killing others over religious difference. See how they beheaded someone in France. People have made comments mocking Jesus christ countless times. But we have never ever gone on killing and burning people because they made jokes out of christ. We leave them for christ to judge. That is it. They don't burn me well to go to kano and make certain comments. They will destroy me. We humans need to understand that the gods need to fight their own battle. It surprises me how humans fight for the gods but can't fight the politicians. Wow. |
