Glass 4 will fill first.

Reason, the conduit going to it is at the lowest, hence more pressure at that point to drive the fluid to glass 4.

If you clearly observed the picture , the bottle itself is not opened . Hence no glass is filled in this case.

This riddle is more on observing details rather than thinking logically.

Glass 2 first. Why the small two glasses that will pass the water inside 2 and 1, the bottom small glass will get full first and then 2 gets filled ahead of 4 because the cup that leads to 4 is way bigger than that of 2. While 2 gets full, it is followed by 4 then 1 . Cup 3 gets full last.

What is the yardstick do you use to know that 2 will be filled up first before 4?

The cup in between glass 1 and 2. Take it or leave it. If it doesn't get filled up, glass 1 and 2 can't get a drop.

people fail exams not because they dont know the answer to the question but because they dont understand the question to the answer and this happen to be your case, the glass cups are mark from 1 to 4, use your head.

Also the conduit on top of glasses 1and 2 is opened at the bottom so it may spill over as the glass is open at top before even filling glasses 1 and 2. So 4 will get filled first.

4. Wine will not even enter 1and 2.
