You won't hear Scholes, Neville, Ferdinand and Owen blast him now because he's one of their own...

Black coaches can be professors in coaching school and still wouldn't land a job in high profile club.

But an English man will just retired from playing and maybe do apprentice for 6 months land a job...

There used to be one black referee in EPL but now not even a single linesman is black.
. Do you have White referee or linesman in Nigeria? It's there country let them govern it as they like.

It is their country, are any of the blacks native english ?go and build your fucken league and stop complaining of others taking care of their own .

Then why do they keep dragging our African players with us to represent them.

I said it from the onset. He came too early. How can a manager with just 2 years of experience manage a big club like Chelsea? I know many people will refer to Pep and Zidane. Those two guys are different. They started with clubs that have a culture. Barca and Madrid already know how they want to play. No manager can turn Barca to the all-defensive team. But, in Chelsea, their culture depends on the manager. Sometimes Chelsea is a counter-attacking team (Conte), sometimes defensive team(Mourinho), sometimes all attacking team (Lampard), sometimes passing & possession team(Sarriball). So, it takes an experienced manager to ingrain his method at a very shortest possible time and also have a great man-management experience to let the players listen and be consistent.

No culture yet at Chelsea. If Lampard is given time, he will learn and build a culture. Can Chelsea wait for 5 years of up and down performance? No way.

I prefer Nagelsmann. With what he did with that RB Leipzig team, he'd be the preference of majority.

What is this one even saying? How is this a race issue? Wasn't Paul Ince the former Manchester United player given a chance to be a manager at Blackburn and didn't he flop badly? Didn't John Barnes fail at Glasgow Celtic? Didn't Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink flop at Queens Park Rangers? Didn't Thierry Henry fail miserably at Monaco?
Blacks keep getting chances and failing woefully.

Even my precious Manchester United need a very good coach. The man don't have tactics and United are progressing because of Bruno brilliance.

Good thinking, Good Product so says the car manufacturing owners or old Toyota. ......Such huge investment certainly deserve returns, so Lampard should brace up or be sacked!

I prefer Allegri because Juventus football is not that different from Chelsea's..

Though both of them are Champions league final losers.

Man u, Tottenham, liverpool. Arsenal, which one is not champions league final looser. I guess you just wake up and start follow follow football clubs last five years

Why not concentrate on what's yours and leave others to do whatever they wish with what's theirs. Black coaches and referees should come back to Africa, we have enough spaces to accommodate them.

Stupid English people!

They are hesitating to sack him simply because he is an English man.....Lampard's sack is long overdue, with him Chelsea is heading nowhere. He should be replaced with Allegri, even Benitez an experienced coach won't be a bad idea if some Chelsea fans would allow him do his job.
