It happens. Heart breaks occur. I can't tell if it is worth it or not i.e. chasing her. What I know is be prepared to move on and continue building yourself.

I'd advice you leave her alone. Altruism is key. Honestly a lot of people have enough going on in their daily lives and would have no further room for stress. If you are being a burden to her life, rather than being a source of relief, then it is better you let her go.
