Contract Of Companionship by Nobody: 11:01pm On Mar 08, 2021
What is a contract of companionship? A contract of companionship is a legal document that is signed by 2 individuals going into a romantic relationship.
Example: Mr X meets Mrs Y; Mr X tries to woo Mrs Y but she refuses; after a while she accepts but both Mr X and Mrs Y are intelligent and they know what they want in the relationship; they both sign a contract.

The contract goes thus:
•Time: This is one of the most important parts of the contract; in it both parties will assign a time limit to the relationship. i.e Both partners agree to date and court for 5 years; after 5 years the contract will expire when that happens there are 3 outcomes.
•Either they marry.
•They can go their seperate ways no heartbreaks no regrets.
•If both partners love being in a relationship without wanting to marry they can sign another contract for a specific amount of years. Note: The number of years on the contract could be any number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 years etc.

•The type of Relationship: In this heading they look at finance.
•Is it a relationship where only the man brings money; or the lady also contributes.
•If the man agrees to pay the woman money; He must choose whether it is a weekly or monthly allowance
•If the woman decides she is financially buoyant; then the man can choose not to pay her an allowance.
•It is well known that people who are in a relationship borrow from each other. In the contract each partner will decide the largest amount a partner can borrow another partner and also a time limit that the borrowee will repay the borrower.
In another heading they look at "consent". Sex can be a big issue in relationship with either partner not knowing what they want at times.
•The partners will decide whether they want a sex-free relationship; or one in which both partners are sexually active.
•There will be a penalty for rape and sexual harassment. If both partners sign for a sex free relationship and one partner(usually the man) Breaches the contract by molesting or raping the other partner; one of two things will happen:
1)The contract is terminated and the man is asked to pay a fine.
2) The lady can continue with the contract and the man still pays a fine.

•Fidelity:
•Both partners will choose whether they want an open relationship whereby either partner can have sexual relationships with other partners. In this case there is no fine or penalty for any partner having affairs with someone else.
•Both Partners can choose to have a regular relationship. In this agreement; if any partner is caught having an affair with an outsider he or she will have to pay a fine for the breach of contract.
There are other headings that the couple will add on their own.
The purpose of this contract is:
1) CLARITY:Most people go into relationships without knowing what they want. It is my hope that such contracts will give people a clear idea of what they are going into.
2) BOUNDARIES: Nowadays relationships are known for being too chaotic and volatile. The purpose of contracts like this is to bring in more order and stability to relationships.
3) CONTROL: Partners can shape and form the relationship to suit each other's tastes. In this way people have more control over the structure of their relationships; they know the do's and dont's and also the pros and the cons of their relationship.
Note: Both Partners can change the features of their agreement as long as they both agree on the same thing.
I wrote this to create a possible solution to the problems that come from bad relation- ships.
In the future both married and unmarried couples will have contracts similar to these; and they will have more control over their future.

It is too late to copyright the Idea.

But in my short lifetime i have recieved
hundred of such ideas, but i don't know
how to turn my ideas into money.

When i was a small child i once had an
idea to create a Wireless Phone Charger,
even though i knew nothing about
electronics and technology.

Last year my Family and I went to a
Shopping mall for Christmas.

In the "Phones" Section i saw an
Advertisement about a Wireless Charger.

I felt shocked

Maybe if i was more Intelligent as a
Kid. I might have invented the world's first
wireless charger and made a lot of money
from it.

Notwithstanding i still get Ideas from an
Unknown Source.

Laws are needed where there is no trust

This idea is still valid in today's world, given the high rate of cheating and divorce in courtship and marriages.
