The calling is talking about is the one of either been a Shepherd or looking for lost sheep's..

The holy spirit in you gives u the conviction of your calling

Dont expect any spirit to call ur name and speak;ur hear is too small to carry the sound of God voice

The spirit also minister to you in the scripture and also you get revelation of your calling by dreams and God sometimes reveal such call to others to tell you

Also note there is a different between spiritual willingness and calling

for as many that has accepted Christ has gotten an heavenly calling.

There are no SPECIFIC SIGNS for everyone w5ho has a calling.. Someone up there mentioned HOLY SPIRIT.. A Muslim or Unbeliever who doesn't have Holy Spirit can't have a witness.. What I know is that when your time of assignment is ready near, God will start giving training directly or indirectly, you might still be BADDO but you won't understand that that's part of your training.. Lol I was expecting this religious answer.

Those in the Bible clearly had divine encounters.
Either Jesus Christ himself called them or the Holyspirit spoke to them clearly and audibly.

But because you did not have such experience you decided to answer the question according to your own experience.

This has always been the problem with the different denominations of Christianity. Every Christian leader creates doctrines out of their own experience which is why Christianity is the most divided religion in the whole world.
