His advice is reasonable. We are under policed in Nigeria. But how well have they treated the serving officers? I'm very sure that 5 Nigerian soldiers can defeat 100 boko Haram members if they are well equipped with good ammunition and reasonable salary and allowances. But no, they treat our soldiers like to vigilantes
