I saw their advert on a thread, and decided to check the company out, since I buy from US and ship to Nigeria.

So surprised about all these negative reviews. It’s terrible, if you company suspects fraud why can’t you return the parcel back to the sender.

Who makes you guys the law enforcer - conducting investigation. If you cant ship the item despite the evidence provided, then return parcel back to senders address, how’s that difficult to do, instead of loosing potential customers by negative reviews and taking on the job of a police.

With this negative comments, I’ll not use your company, I rather stick to Shoptomydoor despite their expensive shipping rates.

I have been asking them what is fraudulent about the package and they can't tell me, only that it was sent from an individual who is not a nigerian. Is eBay and Amazon the only place you can buy stuff online, I have bought stuff from facebook market place, craigslist etc, okay you cannot ship the package why are you holding it? I don't understand. You said the ID of the sender I sent is fake how did you know what is the evidence nothing.
The worse thing is that they're not even responding to my messages! Do you think it is easy for an American to give a stranger an ID? What is the evidence this thing is fraudulent I have not seen.

There is a return address on the mail simply ship it back I don't want your services again I don't even want you to ship to Nigeria again is that too big to ask
Please if you can go to their website and check where it is written that you can't receive an item from individual.
What does third party even mean it means receiving or sending on behalf of someone else.
The sender has given you identification, receiver has given you, yet you say is third party if any shipping should be third-party then it's eBay abi una no sabi english? Lastly you said it doesn't meet your requiremnt why not ship back and charge the customer for shipping fees, why will you keep it if you do not have ulterrior motives?

I don’t know who makes a courier company a law enforcement agency.

If they can’t verify the authenticity of the sender, simply return back the parcel to the senders address. All courier companies do this, at worst, they demand the return shipping fees. The client doesn’t want to use your services again, RETURN.

It just quite unfortunate when Nigeria companies try to flee unsuspecting clients and customers.

I will never use this company, I hope others learn their lesson.

4 phones (3 iPhone 7+ and 1 iPhone X) out of my package got missing after being delivered to Amgray USA warehouse. They stole them and won't admit it. If you love yourself, do away from Amgray.

Stupid company that can’t keep simple record of items received. Lol they claimed they didn’t receive some particular trackings for me. When the consolidated box came I saw 6 empty boxes carrying the tracking they denied receiving.

Many times they will mix up customers items putting customer A’s item in customer B’s Box. Those customers who know each other will call and say customer A I saw your item in my box. Even if you still tell them they will deny. Very very stupid company. If you are ready to lose your life savings you can go ahead and use them sha.

All these nigeria company abroad are thieves , this was what Hontglobals did to me in 2018 , I asked them to return package to sender if they can’t ship to nigeria or return back to sender but they said they suspected fraud and that the package are with Houston police department, we called Houston police department and FBI they said they don’t have any case in our name , and they started to threaten me with FBI to see if I will flee away, but I stood my feet since I know It not fraudulent , sender had to call them and request for return they abused the sender and call him all sort of names ignored both calls and blocked our numbers not to reach them , then seller filed a court case with them to sue them to court and threaten to collect their license , that was when they had to request for return label when they see it getting serious bunch of thieves , bad experience with Hont globals , They feel you can only buy on eBay and Amazon the don’t know those sellers on those platform also have their own companies aside

been shipping with amgray logistics for over 3 years and i must say it been a beautiful experience, seeing this negative comment is really appalling, if you have an item being held by Amgray or any other shipping company its most likely from a 3rd party or suspected fraud, a lot of nigerian shipping company in the US are being targeted by scammers and fraudsters, if you are convinced that you legitimately purchased your item contact your seller to go through the right authority, no nigerian shipping company in the US will steal anyone package, the law in america dont play.

I started using Amgray 2018 and I'm what I'm today is because of Amgray Logistics.
I started mini importation 2012. The first shipping company I used for shipping was DHL through myus.com.
I will partially accept that, but no shipping company will detect fraud and still ship the package to you without proper investigation. The USA is not Nigeria where money can buy police or FBI. USA will seize your license if your business is not inline with the guidelines.
My brother lost his business license to these reckless Yahoo guys using his address to scam Americans. Pickers

No company will tolerate fraud as much as you are in the USA. DHL will charge me bogus shipping and customs fees.

Someone mentioned shoptomydoor. May God forgive you. Shoptomydoor made me lose about 800k.
I have a screenshot of an email I sent to them 2018 before switching to Amgray till date.
I shipped 15pcs of laptops. i was charged 600k
Saying insurance this and that.. guess what... this man didn't send my package through air I paid for. instead they used ocean shipping that took roughly 4 months to Nigeria. when i received these gaming laptops. all the laptops' batteries were dead. I have proof of this.

It seems something is wrong with your brain. You think I will just come online and be accusing a company wrongly??. The question is are you a heavy shopper if not keep shut! They target those customers that shop heavily, steal or misplace their packages and still form ignorant of anything happening. Or what do you have to say to a company that claimed they never received 6 good trackings but when all my items came I found 6 empty boxes/wraps carrying the tracking they claimed not to receive. If you don’t want to be unfortunate in this life don’t quote me again.

What do you mean by heavy shopper? Can you compare any phone to gaming Laptops.
I bought a Macbook pro 2019 last year. What I received here in Nigeria is a toy macbook. from an Ebay seller. I reported his account after I returned the macbook to the Amgray warehouse in the USA. The weight of the macbook is what saved me. because USPS has to reweigh the package.
Especially new ebay sellers, they will list 10pcs of iphone 11 pro max for sale at a cheap rate below standard price. You're a victim of ebay scam my brother. 6 empty box, you would have deduced the seller scammed you na.

You would have filed a case immediately on ebay or paypal. Paypal is not like Nigeria's banking system. Once your evidence is clear, the seller will refund your money. Please stop denting Amgray Logistics
