For you guys that are happy that the case has not died but moved to State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti in Yaba for proper investigation, do not rejoice yet.
The police can collect 'deve' and delibrately do a shoddy investigation so as to alliow the alleged murderer to be discharged in court or for the dpp not to see any reason to prosecute. Alot of stuff happens at police stations.
