You can't get water tanker like this in Enugu.
Water supply in Enugu is a very lucrative business.
There are so many tankers there.
If u are not using a tanker that is relatively fascinating to buyers, they will not patronize you cos there are always alternative.

This tanker will likely be from a zone that have more water and there is low patronage to water tankers except those supplying to block molders.
That truck is for water supply to the block industries and not for regular domestic consumption.
