i find it awful how many persons here are trying to excuse her deceit not minding that her actions would cause others in need of help not to get needed help. Well, most siding with her on this are most likely dubious and hence see no bad in her actions.

The honest thing to do is to return all the money donated back because this is money obtained fraudulently from people. No matter how you spin it, there should be no emotional clouding of the issue what she did is fraudulent in a sane society unlike ours she would either do community service or go to the nearest county jail

Instead of giving her cash for provision shop, people like this should be made to undergo multiple skill trainings so they don't go back to the streets...

It's a crime to obtain things from others by false pretense.

Life is not all about golddigging.

If any of those donors sues her to court that's when you'll realise the magnitude of the criminal fraud we're talking about here.

That the donors gave out of free will is immaterial.
This is a serious issue and the law sees argumentum ad misericordiam as fallacious argument.
