He needs a lot of money to build a legacy for himself in Kaduna. History will only see his works and remember him; nobody will remember the sacrifices we all made for it. But going by the mind boggling figure spent from the Federation Account on subsidy as quoted by ElRufai, isn’t it just common sense to build modular refineries with N210b over a period of one year and improve domestic supply than wasting it on importing refined crude? Why is Nigeria so bent on lining the pockets of a few individuals and countries while subjecting her citizens to exorbitant fuel prices?
