They have distributed across the country Ibadan, Kano and Kaduna all have drive ports. PH, Warri, Calabar all have seaports, Rivers actually has two seaports.

Lagos ceased to be the federal capital in 1989 yet Lagos population has continued to grow due to migration from the SE, SS and Northern Nigeria.

Maybe we should accept that the managers of Lagos are the main reason why Lagos is the most viable region in Nigeria, despite the large arable lands in the North and oil resources in the South-South.
