Regulation wouldn't exempt the government or give them right to post anything. The regulation in France demands that online campaigners must declare thier source of funds, and just last year (a few months after the regulation), a social media campaign from the same French government was blocked by Twitter for violating the same anti-fake news law. That's regulation. It's not about kicking them out cause they didn't treat the president differently. So if you don't want to do things the democratic way (or oyibo way as you've named it), you might as well stop making reference to oyibos. And hopefully, you won't complain when the Chinese style or African style doesn't favour you.
