I once passed through emotional and psychological torture from a Nigerian guy (I won't mention the tribe) at work in the UK. However, it came to a point where I stood my ground and said enough is enough of the bully. I reported him to the head of HR department, a panel was quickly set up, the case reviewed and he was fired.
We have to stand up for what is right.
