It's expected with the incompetent leadership status. Coupled with the crimes associated with some few Nigerians that made international news due to the high rate at which Nigerians travel and high rate of insurgences.
South Africans on their part have a relatively stable leadership status hence they rarely travel so why the Toxicity in them?

When I think of a country that can never develop because of tribalism & religious bigotry(local xenophobia) , Nigger area comes to mind . There is no worse hate than the hate between brothers because as long as they continue fighting themselves, no progress will take place in their home ......that my dear is Nigeria . Ur own toxicity is a major cause of your underdevelopment, now that should be your main concern not South Africa .
