1. It is not self's righteousness but God's righteousness that we are meant to seek here. And as I already explained, the process is once you gain access to the Kingdom of God, you begin seeking God's Righteousness - this according to Jesus Christ's own command to all His followers.

3. Being born-again simply grants you access to the Kingdom of God - John 3 vs 1 -8 - and there are two gates into the Kingdom of God - narrow gate and a broad gate - Matthew 7 vs 13 - 14 . Those born-again who enter in through the broad gate , though they believe and are saved, are destined for eternal damnation. So, many who are born-again do indeed continue in sin.

4. Unbelievers can't reach hell since only those who are born-again can enter the broad gate which leads to eternal damnation.

God bless you. This pastor has created more confusion for his members that are not grounded in the of God. For example lying is a sin and all liars go to hello (Rev 21:. So sin takes one to hell. It is only after you have accepted Christ that all your prior sins are washed away with his blood. And you just abstain from them to be a candidate of heaven otherwise you go to hell. The problem with many of you is that you know how to quote verse out of context at persons or situations, but you dont have even a decent understanding of the message being passed to you in each context you visit.

1. "Who the Son shall set free (by His Holy Spirit) shall truly be free indeed" & "Whoever sins is a SERVANT of sin" - if you paid attention to the context in which those verses were pulled from - John 8 vs 31 - 47 - you would have seen that Jesus Christ was in there teaching the people that it is by through their acceptance and obedience of His teachings(Truth) that they become Sons of God - followers of Jesus Christ - as these by Knowing the Truth are set them free from slavery, to sin and transformed into Sons of God(holy) and fit for God.

2. As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God- from Roman's 8 vs 14, makes clear that those who are free from Sin - Sons of God, as explained in John 8 vs 31, are those who are truly lead by the Spirit of God.

3. "He who does not have the Spirit of Christ is none of His" - Romans 8 vs 9, is telling that those who are still bound to sin do not belong to Jesus Christ but to the devil, as Jesus Christ told you in John 8 vs 44.

4. As many as received Him, to them He gave power (the Holy Spirit) to become the sons of God" - John 1 vs 12 unless unless your intention is to receive only some of His teachings while you reject the parts that require you should do as He commands, then you will also receive His teachings as given you by Jesus Christ in John 8 vs 31 - 47, so He can give you power by His Truth - His teachings and commandments - , not the Spirit of God, to enable you become to a Son of God.

Do not deceive yourself into believing that God will install Himself into that which is filthy with sin. You cast aspersions on God's character and Truth by audu deceit. There are no ways around the way that is Jesus Christ.
