Only NYSC give such loan then but, you'll need to do the application in the state secretariat where you served.


The rules for giving out loan in Nigeria as spelt out by CBN is simple and they are;

If you are a salary account holder, you can take salary advance from your bank, payday loans and and normal loan

If you're a business mogu with inflo and outflow

You can easily get loans without collateral

The thing is I don't even have a job presently. I need the money to pay rent the refund over time.
