Op, ritualists don't get those amount of money.

Money ritual cannot give you such amount of wealth.

Ezego was a 419ner back then popularly known as Yahoo Yahoo today.

Most of the rich men of those days were into 419 or OBT and drug peddling.

419 was very easy back then because Whiteman believed then that Nigeria was a very rich oil producing country with corrupt leaders and so any crude oil scam format they throw to them then, they fall and pay hugely without looking back.

Drug peddling was also easy back then because there were no much electronic screening of travelers and their cargo to detect drugs easily.

If you know Okwelle holding and Fred Ajujua, they were richer than Ezego then, and they made their stupendous wealth from scamming white organizations, including banks. They even scammed a Brazilian bank to the tune of $400million then which almost shutdown the bank.

Okwelle later became a senator who raised the motion to stop OBJ 3rd term agenda and OBJ and Co opened his case filed and discovered how he made his riches and went to invite the Brazilian bank and used EFCC to arrest him and the Brazillian bank got some of their money back.

Ezego, Hope Uzodinma (now Imo State Governor), Okwelle, Fred Ajujua, a lot of Northern Bureau De Change guys were a high level fraud syndicate.

The thing is, Ezego was not literate so he loved flaunting his wealth more than others and he further ventured into several businesses that fetched him even more money.

Most current Nigerian leaders of today were products of 419 and Military coups of the 80s and 90s

Spraying money in a poor country, enough money for a states monthly allocation, is quiet??

Many fast 'billionaires' like this have eventually been prosecuted, here and abroad.

We are losing legitimate business because of high fraud (even though we dey learn work where India is concerned) yet you want to 'leave it to God to judge'.

Una no get shame.

matrixme:
God punish poverty like this. Someone cannot quietly be rich again, without doing money rituals to you guys. Well, for your information, you will wait tire if you are expecting bad things to befall Obi Cubana. Go and hustle bro, get a life and stop hating!

An envious man spotted.

Just checked your profile, and surprisingly, eight out of your twelve topics was about Obi Cubana/Igbo people, questioning his wealth and back-biting. Like seriously are you that jobless, pained and bitter at heart? You have time really.

Go to Olutosin Ajayi street. Beside CPM. Ajao Estate, his house there remains abandoned and legend has it that it's haunted. A pastor once rented some space in the compound for his church but ran away after a few weeks. He made his money at a very young age of 34. Nobody knows the source of his wealth or how a poor boy from ihiala anambra state suddenly became so rich. Legend has it he did money ritual and as common with most ritualists , they are free givers. Eze ego would spray money from ihiala junction all the way to his house whenever he was in town but look at him today.

Just like Ndokwa who was a carpenter in the east and suddenly became extremely rich that he started building hotels and brothels all over Lagos , suspicion will continue to be raised about how these people just suddenly become so rich out of nothing.

Some people are having the same feeling for Obi Cubana but God knows best. How will someone who started as a beer palor owner in a rented shop suddenly get rich that he started building hotels and clubs here and there. No be the same beer palor business most strugglers dey do for Lagos?

Stop envying these guys, you don't know the source of their wealth.

Men have come and gone. Nothing is new on this earth surface. What of Joneb of Awkuzu that will start raining 50naira note from head bridge to his home town? Where are they? No hard earned money is displayed in such a lavished manner

Oga, obi Cubana is not the one that says your country should be poor. On a normal day, he doesn't throw money on the streets. He wanted a lavish burial to fulfill a promise to his late mum and that's exactly what he gave.
Your president that was drinking 35 naira Milo, the other day, forming humble, how has things improved under him? If the monies spent at the funeral is up to your state's revenue, then it shows you're from one of those northern states with no much value.
Obi Cubana has not stopped anyone's legitimate business. Nigerian startups are still getting juicy deals and endorsements out there.
You're just poor!

Oga sir,

You said "quiet billionaire".

That description is patently false.

In this age of remote work, and with the education Nigerians have (from within and outside Nigeria), our people should have been killing software positions.

We were. I personally know people who were regularly getting $3k plus a month to work in software. In Nigeria, that is more than comfortable but the the US companies, that's a savings of 50+%. Those jobs have been drying out for new entrants solely due to fraud. Those who could, relocated to Ghana, Kenya or South Africa.

How many people like Cubana, who appeared out of nowhere, have eventually been arrested? Especially in the US?

He started his hustle right from his NYSC days. His business premise was once demolished by Elrufai. Listen to his documentary on BBC, maybe you will get to understand him better. He has a chain of hotels and lounges across several cities in Nigeria. It is almost an infinitesimal source of income, as they are in high demand.
I understand your friends were affected by the actions of fraudulent people, but learn to channel your energy rightly. ☮️
