Tour stamp is valid for one year. It means you can travel in August 2022 which is another to fall resumption and it would still be valid as long as it was stamped after August
Also, if it wont be valid by them, then by all means inform IRCC about this deferral to fall 2022 but still ok to upload tour new LOA via webform.

OKP007:
So what do you advise. As they have even given me a New Admission for fall 2022.
My fear still remains VISA expiring before then.
Gurus in the house help your boy ...Abeg

That is for someone that has already resumed school
In this case, he said his term starts in January. I have read somewhere that your student status starts when you resume classes. But he can always confirm this and update us so we can all know better.

sam4777:
you can work after getting your SIN but limited to 20 hours during term time, and when not in term time most companies will ask for proof from DLI that its not term time to give you more hours

Is this your information verified ? Because I listen to a student in Canada saying you can only work when your classes have started...they seems to be contradiction somewhere

My sister started working A month before she started school. Ones you have a student visa u can work for 20hours.

Really?? I feel is a risky venture oo. But is all left for him though.

Is the scheduled maintenance over? has anyone logged in yet?

It’s only risky when u exceed the weekly work hours which is 20hrs/week. Get a job immediately u arrive but don’t exceed 20hours.
