Kindly screenshot all communications you have had with him, and take to any lawyer as evidence. There are many female lawyers that will take your brief free of charge.
Google all the big law firms and check their female senior partners. Send them an email.

It is a crime in Nigeria to share nude photos without consent of the person in the photo. Even showing another person on the screen of his phone is a crime.

Do not panic. If the person knows your social media accounts, then it's best you deactivate and stay low. The truth is if people you know don't get to see the released pic/vid then there's an almost zero damage done. Most social media platforms find some content inappropriate, and the only place he can safely upload those content would be on pornsites (anybody wey you know wey dey visit porn sites is not a saint )

You may choose to deal with him months later, when him go don forget.

Just get some policemen to collect his phone and other devices where he may have stored it. They will deal with him and make him sign an undertaking.

Find a friend you can trust and share the secret with, preferably a guy, so you can go to the station together. I don't know you but that's the least I could do to help out.

Stay safe and please stop sleeping around. This is one of the consequences.

It's very easy to handle mam, just ignore him like someone said and tell him to post the picture so that you can deal with him. Men like that easily feel unsecured and that is why he has the nerve to snap your photo while you are asleep.

Tell the mofo to release the photo and warn him that you will then sue his silly ass for taking your photo without your consent especially a photo that can slander your public image.

After telling him with cool voice, ignore him. No matter the message he sends, just read and don't reply. Silence sometimes is louder than a bomb blast, the fool will start to panic.
