You forgot the time mercury was been stolen from transformers while so many transformers were damaged because of a small mercury. Was it during Buhari ? What about cutting away the road barricades using them for making aluminium spoons and pots ? Was that period also Buhari ? Oga, everyday for the thief, one day for the owner.
