Your lawyer should have filed a restraining order (Injunction) over the property pending the determination of the suit. Approach the lawyer handling it and explain to him. Get the police to arrest your uncles when next you see them on the land. |

Get a court injunction to stop them from selling the land until a judgement has been passed. I am so sorry for what you are going through, nobody should go through this. Thank God for the kind of uncle i have. |

I know a man whose plot of land was priced 60 million naira he refused to sell but choose to leave for his children. That money can employ good numbers of unemployed youth with no job if put to good use. 1 Like |

Prosmobi: What I am about to say may sound off. But please let it go, it's easy to want to fight for your right and this and that. Once families are so engrossed in land and the matter don dey court. It's not worth fighting over. I know it's hard, but that's where Men are found. in hard and tough situations. I had no inheritance from my dad, today I have assets and have built my mother a house she lives in now. Nothing is more important than your wellbeing and those your dad left behind. Let it slide. |

Get an injunction restraining them from doing any sale pending determination of the suit and if they eventually sell it, seek an order annulling the sale while you join the new buyers as co defendants |
