How would we know which antibiotics to prescribe? The one you take might be resistant and just end up wasting money and time.

If the condom burst it would be obvious to you, what you are experiencing is uti which is caused by not urinating immediately after sex which causes urine to mix with semen and cause a burning sensation, it happens sometimes and is perfectly normal, the best thing to do it to drink a lot of water and cranberry juice and it would go down
Also you can buy a sachet of amoxicillin and take it twice for 5 days and you would be ok

I don't know if you take herb or you've taken it before...I can help you with herbs to flush it out before it becomes resistant to antibiotics ,and you can as well av one at the corner of your room to take after having sex if you don't like using condom,I'll advise you to start using condom after the treatment,you can check my profile or signature if you're interested I'm based in oyo town

Tabs doxycycline 100mg bd for 1 wk

-Treat both urself and ur partner to avoid reinfecting urself.

-Abstain from sex for 2 wks

- do hiv , hepatitis b and c testing now and after 3mths.
