This roofing framework is now completed and my workers have left this site since Saturday, I will update us on the costs and final looks later in the week. The next stage is the installation of aluminum sheets.

I have submitted my recommendation for his approval, and whichever one he wants I will fix. I thought I mentioned the exact quantity of facial boards bought the first day I bought woods, I will update everything when I get to a proper PC.

Yes, but I plan to write a final report on the lessons after I get time to round off the costs and final pictures.

We bought 25 facial boards but used 26, when my carpenter called me that its finished, I arranged another one on phone and sent to him. I mentioned that I bought 25 facial boards 1x9x12 on post number 41

previous cost is N435,900.00

I have paid the balance N35,000.00 to my carpenters as they have completed their job.
Some of the other cost updates include
N1,200.00 for an additional facial board plus
N200 for a barrow to convey it to site.
N20 pounds of 4'' nail bought for N2400.00
N19,500 spent for buying additional purling used to complete the work.
N1000 for transport
N700 for loaders/offloading

Grand total is now N495,900.00

If I remember more, I will update it also.
