I will try and load the pictures of this bungalow roof in the next two days, it now has a new look after it was finished. This house has 4 bedrooms, a sitting room and dining, the building is too big in my opinion, too much twists inside it.

Unfortunately my people, I dont have the plans, the owner who met me here on nairaland contracted me to roof the house after the structure was built by another builder.

previous cost is N435,900.00

I have paid the balance N35,000.00 to my carpenters as they have completed their job.
Some of the other cost updates include
N1,200.00 for an additional facial board plus
N200 for a barrow to convey it to site.
N20 pounds of 4'' nail bought for N2400.00
N19,500 spent for buying additional purling used to complete the work.
N1000 for transport
N700 for loaders/offloading

Grand total is now N495,900.00

If I remember more, I will update it also.

Okay, maybe its less than 6 foot but 8 ft was the original measurement we did, it looks like 7 foot to me sef, counting from the purlins which are a foot apart, there was a time he told me he wanted to make it 14 inches apart to save on materials but I refused.

@ rastaman, just ignore the post, I have not heard from you as regards the plans and the changes, I am asking kkunsults to do a sketch for me so we can compare things, he is a nairalander and was the guy who drew the plan for this 5 bedroom duplex I am building.
