Thousands of soldiers, mopol & other security personnels. she is safe inside the city, Also if u story is true, multi national like that would have thier workers housed in a prime location. 100% correct. Maiduguri city is about as safe as Lagos or any Nigerian city. Just don't venture outside the city.
