I have been noticing a trend recently that young men between the ages of 23 - 35 are complaining more of ED (erectile dysfunction).Back in the days (70s, 80s 90s) it used to be a condition associated with aged men in their late 50s. The menace caused by this condition has led to depression and low self esteem, unstable romantic relationships etc.
The essence of this thread is to call on certified doctors (preferably specialists) in this area to give us practical clue on how to either manage or permanently cure this condition. Please note that the thread is for qualified medics to drop their input and not where quacks selll sexual enhancement products that don’t work. Producing erections and making sperm are two separate functions within the body so one does not directly affect the other...
So the simple answer to the question is NO erectile dysfunction does not affect sperm count(vice versa)

A man may have problems getting and/or maintaining an erection but still be able to produce perfectly good sperm at a normal concentration..
Conversely a man may be able to get and maintain an erection during sexual intercourse but have little or no sperm in his semen...

Also man with ED who produces a normal concentration of sperm may have difficulties delivering his semen inside the woman he wants to get pregnant...
