DMerciful:Well yes I do if they were given the opportunity, but Never in my wildest dream, imagined that any South Easterner will even be given the ticket of Pdp or apc, let alone win any general election in Nigeria. All I asserted is that those 2 names mentioned are the best they have which is also DOA. 4 Likes |

Trumann: Igbos are mostly businessmen. If power is decentralised, perhaps Igbos and others would vote for sensible leaders to help them compete with other progressive states. But every developed region need federal government presence that's why the Igbos need someone from the southeast to occupy that position. However, it will never happen in 2023, nor will this country move forward with its current structure. The truth of the matter is politicians know this and don't care about all the idiots bashing each other here. They don't even believe Nigeria will ever work. Nigeria is just a money mill for politicians. 1 Like 1 Share |

onelovenigeria: U don't get it ..... They look for every single reason to discredit igbos. Which governor is even performing well sef. The best performing governor is Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state but they will be silent about it The hatred is similar to what the Jews experienced for no reason. But the rest is history today. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Nairobi33: did you read my comment on this same thread where I posited that I have friends and relatives from almost all part of Nigeria, so I don't hate on tribes and actually as a principle?. Maybe you should try and search out my comments about tribalism. If I don't comment at a particular time about a group of stupid tribalistic nairalanders hitting out at others, it doesn't mean that I Am happy at it. After all you don't comment on every thread. Na waoooo, with all these hate against every tribe , Nigeria can't move forward o. 1 Like 1 Share |

Nairobi33: It’s funny how Apc and their supporters are mocking their Igbos Chieftains like the opposition mocks them. Apc supporters acting like opposition towards their own members from south east it’s quite disgraceful. What a senseless party. Is it every Yoruba man that likes Apc?? Obviously No! So why the hypocrisy? |

Mummyfour: Honestly Madam, I don't think your first comment is detrabilized. Very unbalanced and aggressive posing one group as the devil and the second as the angel. If you are new on nairaland, that's forgivable but if you've been around here for some time and gone through different threads, it would be safe to call you a hypocrite. There is no love on nairaland. Here is full of hate displayed to opposing tribes. Coward tribalists who don't have the gut to come out openly use a faceless group like this. The comments against the Igbos tonight on this thread is sickening and sad. So much hatred but it's nothing new. It can only be on this forum. However, I think I have seen worse. If you have ever been on a thread where Igbo guys displayed hatred against others, I wonder if you would make the same comment or read on. These ethnic thugs are just counting scores. The hatred is not one-sided as you made it seem. Its reciprocal. You are the only one coming to defend one part of this evil group and defending the other yet appearing neat and neutral. I think non-tribalist shouldn't take any side in this nairaland ethnic civil war or such might be taken as a hypocrite or another one of them. We can only hope Seun and the mods will find something to do about this. 2 Likes 1 Share |
