If i am contesting for president, the last person in Nigeria whose endorsement i will seek is that of Ortom, the useless governor of Benue state. He's currently the worst governor in Nigeria. First of all Ortom is PDP, so he isnt expected to say otherwise. Secondly Benue is one of those states where the difference between the winner and the loser is always less than 10%. In the last election it was 1.2% as a result such states have no real impact on the presidential outcome. The last time the difference between Buhari and Atiku in Benue was 9000 votes....his 9000 votes margin that he delivered for PDP in Benue did not make a dent in the 3,000,000 gap in votes PDP had to surmount from the states that actually determine elctions!!!

Both parties will get the constitutional 25% therefore Ortom should not ascribe to himself more importance to the election outcome than he has.

I dont mean to be harsh but states like that....osun, oyo, Kogi, Benue, ondo< nasarawa etc from the point of view of a presidential election, it's as if they dont exist...the results are always close, eboths parties will get 25% to tick the 2/3rds box, but even if you win the state, you dont get any real advantage over your opponent and vice versa. The margin of victory in actual numbers is usually insignificant and they dont give you or your opponent an edge! that states that matter are the states that give you 60% and above, especially the ones with large populations because those are the ones that give you a lead your opponent cannot catch.
