Someone like Hitler can't go to the Christian Heavean because someone like Hitler lived a life in direct disobedience of Jesus Christ's teachings and commandments, and it was apparent for the world to see. In case you attempt to ask what if Hitler had asked for forgiveness right before His death, well It is untrue that one can simply ask for forgiveness on one's death bed, this after living a life of debauchery and , and still make it into God's Heaven. Read Matthew 25 vs 31 - 25 where Christians are told that only the sheep amongst them will enter into Heaven.

Paradise is not Heaven primarily because Heaven is of the Kingdom of God and was not of the promise to those of the Old Covenant. Following God's promise in the Old Covenant, Paradise is the place where the righteous dead go, to await resurrection- a place where they sleep until the resurrection.
